Make them about the path or process. eg Exercise 30 min daily VS lose 5 kg."

Own your results - good or bad. Own your efforts or lack of. Own your learnings.
When you show ownership, you are given autonomy and control. Thus - Freedom."

"Skill stacking
Try many things. Be good at a few skills. Postpone specialisation.
Build a stack of different skills to become unique and thus valuable."

"Leadership
You succeed often - when the goal and people matter more to you.
You fail often - when looking good or self interest matters more."

"Comfort zone
If you are uncomfortable, it does not mean that you are growing.

If it feels like work and not joy, you may be doing it wrong.
Master a skill and apply it. Motivation and balance follows."
